Anyone on MIUI8 6.8.4 right now? Is the battery drain by fp fixed?
I am on 6.7.29 right now with unlocked bootloader.
No OTA updates available.
So, can I just flash the 6.8.4 recovery rom through updater app?
If yes, will it wipe my data ?

6.7.28/29 got fp wakelock bug. 6.8.4 fixed. Just flash over it, no need wipe data, just wipe dalvik and cache.

Stock miui remote app kinda buggy... Try to control my tv volume by pressing vol down repeatedly... And the phone for no reason vibrate and the screen someting turn off...need to press 1 by 1 by 1 slowyy. Anyone here experience the same with the mi remote app..?

im on miui 8 6.8.4..no battery drain issue..can last for 2 days moderate use..no games at all
now using dual apps on whatsapp...got 2 wasap in my phone..cool
and so far no OTA updates...wait and see

How bout zaza remote...last time with samsung note3 always use this zazaremote work great... But nowdays the app ask way to much android permission...

super noob question, how to update from Global Stable Rom to Global Dev Rom, my bootloader is locked, but I can't unlock, saying account is different

I switch phone every 3 month... To be honest... Note 3 or any snapdragon 800 series feel abit smoother than rn3, the mi4c 808 does feel similar to rn3... Maybe due to faster clock speed, the 800 or 801 2.5ghz really ly such a beast soc...the rn3 does feel faster when loading things... But i term off price and battery life no other phone can come close to rn3...battery lif3 is equally or maybe even more important aspect than performance.... Monster spec is useless if you need to charge the phone often...

For me the performances of rn3p still acceptable... I willing to sacrifice abit performance and smoothness for 4000mah goodness..
