I felt the main story is really strong, like I'm very interested to know what will happen next, so I just keep going and going. If the side quest or stranger quest are near, before reaching the main quest, I'll do it, but some aren't. I left a few side quest only anyway, not that much.

Recommended to finish all side quest first tho. It will be more satisfying for sure. Usually I finish side quest first, before getting to the ending, but yeah as I've said, story was good, and I really want to know what happened that lead to RDR1.

Tomorrow gonna try to finish all the side quest, and decide if I'm interested to Platinum it or not, since I plan to sell the game, and wait for PC version. Might replay when the PC version comes out, if it ever does come out on PC. Just to play the online portion of the game.

Am i the only one bothered by how they respawned you somewhere random after loading a manual save?

I mean i have enough trouble remembering where my last location as it is..

eg. Was riding down a cliff and manual save it. Next day reload to find arthur resting near some trees ffs. Where the fark am I?

Chapter 3 so far.. so many things to explore!

Found a house with dead people inside because of impact from meteorite!

I think the map could use some ease-of-lifr improvement like the ability to put a custom mark on it to revisit places of interest. The waypoint only applicable for one spot only..

Enjoying the game so far. Especially after I lower down the camera follow level to minimal. No more headache when looking around while riding horse.

Bought into the hype and going to try this game soon (installing). It has been a long time since my last Rock* game. Hope I will like it

shit! camping alone at Roanoke Ridge and suddenly got visited by Brood whatever gang.

Do not attempt to press triangle to rest in town or nearby other people

saw a prompt on screen, telling me stamina is low, can rest by pressing triangle to recover some stamina

press triangle, end up strangling some innocent stranger standing beside me, next thing you know you're involved in a mass street brawl with half of town people involve, then a bounty on your head for unarm assault

quite a few accident facepalm moments due to the shared control buttons, and had to reload the saves few times bcos of that.
It's like I'm trying my best to play as a good guy, but the control is trying their best to turn me into a bad guy

but still enjoying the game, still in chapter 2 wondering around the wilderness with minimal progress in the main quest, and still kept ambushed by other gang

lol same la for me last night. want to ride my horse suddenly got fella walk beside me. press triangle terus cekik that guy lol. whole St. Denis become red after that with $410 bounty on my head after i ran all the lawmen there with my horse bcoz wanna runaway.

Yeah happened to me a few times. I was running and about to ride my horse, instead I go tackle dive some stranger on the street. Rip.

Done with the main story and side quest now. So selling my copy. Game felt a bit empty without the main story and side quest. Big map but not much to do outside of hunting, finding some new animal, catching legendary, random encounter, and clearing fort or do bounty hunting. Even explored the whole map and got to the edge of the map haha.

Finished way too fast than I would have liked to, but overall quite satisfied. Think i've clocked like 60-70 hours in it. Looking forward to play it again on PC if it ever comes out, hoping the online expect will be nice.

damnit! at chapter 5 atm. the story is too good

Whew! Done with story, first R* game I completed till the end. Great story albeit predictable, I enjoyed Arthur's character development through out the game. In my opinion, the epilogue ending would have been better if I have not known what's gonna happen to that person in the future

Overall, great game, thanks to RDR 2, I am a fan of western settings now

pro can play on non HDR TV?

i'm using pro and play it on my full hd monitor. u can feel the difference in fps and graphic sharpness on certain games when turn on the boost mode.

IC, coz not planning buying a HDR TV anytime soon.
