Hi fellow B14 owners,

Anyone know where to get the RPM meter? Mine ko-ed and Tan Chong quoted me RM1400!!

Thanks.
*
Try half-cut shops in Klang, it's your best bet to get one at a decent price... Tan Chong is notorious for being crazy with their pricing of spare parts for older Nissan models...

Anyone know where and the price to do it?
*
I don't think the A32 Cefiro headlights will fit onto the B14 Sentra...

And the bottom photo is a Nissan N15 Pulsar, its headlights is also slightly different from the B14 Sentra but it will fit properly... Finding the N15 headlights locally is very difficult as it is very high in demand but low in supply...

Err u sure that is N15?

coz i google image for B14 that shows up..
*
Unless you have a side profile shot of that car in the photo, I won't be able to tell for sure if it's a B14 or otherwise, but from the front fascia of the car, it's a N15, the bonnet, side fenders, headlights and signal lights are all N15 components...

Besides, the B14 and the N15 shares the same exact chassis, they share many common components...

Hi,
I am buying a Nismo 1.6 GLS (A) March 2005 car for 53k. It has clocked 190,000km. What do the experts here think? Is it worth it?

newbie

The mileage of the car doesn't tell you everything about the car, you need to check other things such as wear and tear components and service records...

I'm using HKS Super Power Flow on my B14... Yeah, it does give you some improvements on torque and horsepower, but I'm not sure by how much, I haven't dyno'ed my car yet...

My B14 is manual as well...

Well, you can either get the workshop to custom mod an adapter for you or go hunting at chop shops to try your luck...

does it help in performance with stock exhaust system??
is it worth to change open pod?

Yes, it does help to a certain extent, I'd say an improvement between 1%-5% of HP...

For me, it's worth it...

Hey there,

Just wandering..how much does it cost to install ABS system for Nissan Sentra SG model

Cheers.
*
Unfortunately, it's almost near impossible to install ABS on a non-ABS car here in M'sia... Even if Tan Chong agrees to install the ABS for you, it will be quite a complicated job... And yeah, it will be extremely expensive too... I'll give you an example... One ABS sensor costs about RM600 each, and you'll need 4 of that (one for each wheel), I'll let you imagine how much the other components will cost... Oh, you also need to change your ECU as well... sweat.gif

Hi guys, i have a question regarding my Sentra B14.
I don't know to call that thing where we add water for engine cooling purpose, is the one that see thru plastic bottle. Even though i add water to the max level every morning, when i reach home from work, the water level will drop 10 to 20%, my average mileage per day is 50 to 80KM.
I don't see my meter show over heat, and there is no leaking found.
Have any of sifu here know what happen to my car? Please give advice.
Thanks in advance^^
*
That's the coolant reserve tank... Your water pump may be the source of the problem but it could be caused by several other things as well...
