well.. other option is... if you got account in Public Bank or UOB.. you can apply a debit card from them...

I got mine from Public Bank.. been using it since last year... No problem getting verified with Paypal. But in order to get verified.. you need to pay around USD 1.95 around RM7+

im new in Paypal. im selling something to USA, the buyer wants pay me through paypal.
the problem is : is there a account number or soething in paypal so i can tell him how to send money to me ? because i cant anything like numbers....
second is, how i get the cash out of paypal ?

the email that you use for paypal is your account ID...
u can add in additional e-mail account too...
just let the buyer know your e-mail.

hmm.. gettting the cash out of paypal .... tough question.. a lot of ppl is trying to do that tho... there used to be a Accent Card for malaysian to draw out Paypal funds... but it's not working anymore

i not only mean cash out, i mean transfer to my local bank. just afraid the transaction charges was high. issit possible to do this ?

ok once u verified everything how do u transfer funds from ur card to the paypal funds?
or does paypal automatically deduct the credit from ur card once u brought something through ebay?

Paypal does not allow transferring of fund from CC upfront.
In most scenario, credit balance can only be maintained when funds are transferred from bank account or when payment is received from other Paypal users.
Credit card will only be charged as and when you make payment via Paypal.
Ebay and Paypal require different login and authorisation although they can be linked.
Say after winning an item, you will prompted to make payment by logging into your Paypal account to authorise payment.
So there are effectively 2 layers of securities by having 2 different passwords respectively for Ebay and Paypal.
