well.. other option is... if you got account in Public Bank or UOB.. you can apply a debit card from them...
I got mine from Public Bank.. been using it since last year... No problem getting verified with Paypal. But in order to get verified.. you need to pay around USD 1.95 around RM7+

tht mean after apply debit card from PB,after i get the card then go atm there to put money inside.then at paypal there i put tht acc num(debit card) inside tht paypal?iziit like tht?tht mean rm25 is for 1 year ad right? then next year i need put another rm25 inside? then when i wan put money inside debit card thru ATM..then how to add money inside paypal?Each time i buy things such as megaupload,i just put debit card number or use the paypal 2 pay? reply asap ya
