Yeah... but that's a NexG prepaid credit card... i wonder why they don't want to call it a debit card instead.. LOL....
well.. other option is... if you got account in Public Bank or UOB.. you can apply a debit card from them... I got mine from Public Bank.. been using it since last year... No problem getting verified with Paypal. But in order to get verified.. you need to pay around USD 1.95 around RM7+ |

the email that you use for paypal is your account ID... u can add in additional e-mail account too... just let the buyer know your e-mail. hmm.. gettting the cash out of paypal .... tough question.. a lot of ppl is trying to do that tho... there used to be a Accent Card for malaysian to draw out Paypal funds... but it's not working anymore |
