I'd avoid tesla like a plague since Cathie Wood is bullish on tesla - calling it the largest AI project on earth. what a joke

QUOTE(Barricade @ Aug 1 2025, 04:34 PM) Shorted NVDA yesterday @ 185. Will close position tonight, hopefully drop more so can cover my holiday to Japan Failed. LULU drop another 20% today after poor guidance. 🤦🏻♂️Started a new position with LULU @ 200. Hopefully by year end can recover. Risky move for retail stock but I believe it's oversold. Ah well, life goes on. |

Seems like the Materials sector would have high chances in rallying...
And with Trump announcing potential war against Venezuela, this week's about to be volatile the same.. Source: nst(dot)com.my/world/world/2025/09/1270985/venezuelas-maduro-urges-dialogue-after-trump-threat |

Anyone know what to look for in financial statements for long term stocks? I just simply look on Yahoo finance see:
1. If current asset > current liabilities 2. If got net profit 3. If cash flow is positive 4. Got pay some dividends I was looking at things like JNJ, PG, KO, T, CVX, MA, MCD. All seems to be doing very well, more assets than liabilities, always profit 100s of m+, cash flow also 10 to 100s of m+ until I also don't what I'm looking at. Anyone can point me in the right direction? |
