1. Healthcare. Everyone needs it.
2. Trading at 50% of its all time high. P/E TTM of only 14. I love beaten to shit type of stock.
3. Strong track record for the past decade.
4. My gut tells me to go for it 😂

DYOR. I have been burnt before buying beaten up stock only to plummet more. 😜 But this is the type which I go for usually. I don’t chase high.

How long do you intend to hold for? That's a crazy dive. That's too crazy for me. Good luck man..

Hopefully the CEO change will stem the fall.

Still too early to tell but I’ll cut loss if plummet below USD260. I have no issue holding until end of 2025. My total 2025 gains from trading is around 27% at the moment, so worst case scenario I have my gains wiped off. 😅

Did some research today and decided to join you to catch the dead cat bounce.

WSJ alleged doj probe, like how WSJ alleged Elon musk was gonna be removed by Tesla board. Hope barricade will keep holding , don't think this company can sink any further or go bankrupt especially with the new CEO in.

Even if doj investigate, a fall of 50% is too much.

College students have so much money to take up what institutions dump?

Not sure what the no future outlook is about, but fair price should be around 20 to 30% drop.

I think the bigger concern is actually that Trump may cut the budget for medical drastically or revamp the healthcare in such a way that the medical industry would be affected. But that's just fear talking, doesn't sound reasonable that they would bankrupt their medical plan companies.

I am stuck at 264 for UNH, don’t know if should continue to average down haha

It's meant to be a long hold, 6 months to 1 year min.
Fundamentally, they are oversold so if you have holding power they will bounce back, no worries about bankruptcy. They are still profit making, but it is an industry downturn. The good news is they are still paying a dividend, I may just hold on to them for years even actually.

I hope you’re a bit relieved now? Doesn’t take long, does it?
Congratulations my friend. I hope you bought the dip like I did smile.gif

Yes but bought in at 280 with all the free funds I had left to play with. Wasn't expecting it to go until 231 as didn't see any reason why it would go so low. Fully commited on this one to double up and also pay dividends. Just signs that some whales are really shaking the tree for weak hands.

UNH - USD335 now. My biggest investment in my portfolio is up 35% in one month. 🍾

Looks like a bearish Christmas instead of a Xmas rally
