whatever.check your bill after your 24 months contract end.have you seen any fine print about this in TM site.no right ? I don't know why resellers like to inform this to customers.

the only way you don't enjoy the discount after 24 months if TM removes the discount manually at the back end.

that discount does not have expiry in nature.

Because I was offered the RM179 and TM told me it is only for a 2-year period.

It will revert back to RM199 after the 2-year period.

There is no such thing as a perpetual promotion period.

So please stop spreading misinformation.

That discount is already been used before UniFi 30 is introduced and i have that one with my old unifi for more than 2 years before upgrade to UniFi 50.

ini for old timer unifi user like me from VIP 5 upgrade to VIP 10 on discount rate RM179 thn upgrade to adv30 which is same rate on VIP 10..

when TM introduce adv 30 and adv 50, those new subscriber want subscribe adv 30 got promo rate RM179 for 2 years..thn third year onward back to RM199..

anyway i want cancel unifi soon even though is discount rate..i dont like the ping slightly high..

too bad for you,that TM personal is giving the wrong one owh wait.that discount is still forever as long you don't change any package.OK still win for you.

Hmmm.... when I first took up Unifi 5Mb, I got a special RM20 discount. During the unifi advance 30 promotion, RM179, my RM20 special discount remains.

TM says it will carry forward so long I continue as TM loyal customer.

I do agree, nothing is perpetual. It has been years since.

So everyone just chill, companies in Malaysia lack integrity and honoring commitments. The people who you spoke to will just tell anything you want to hear so long it's not too ridiculous that you go report them. Same case with Maxis.

So it's always who you ask, how you ask, what you ask and when you ask it makes all the difference.

It would be interesting to see how an actual Unifi bill for a 2-year promotion period for Advance30 looks like.
