No offense but what is so good about this project? I mean i know there's erl, xiamen university and some malls around, but i think this is too expensive.
Agent say this can get rm 3000 rental, but i really doubt that. Student can stay inside campus single room with a lot of facilities. |

Distance from Olive to Xiamen uni entrance around 1km - can't walk have to drive. Not sure uni students want to cycle under this weather

RM3,000.00 a month rental seems very far fetched. The students could rent a room between 400-500/ month within campus and take that as a benchmark, you could say RM500 x 3 rooms = RM1500 /month rental +-Agent say this can get rm 3000 rental, but i really doubt that. Student can stay inside campus single room with a lot of facilities. Any gurus here can enlighten us on how is this a good investment at close to RM500psf? Not only rental cannot cover but appreciation seem difficult given the very high psf pricing. |
