IOI project phase 2 selling price cheaper than phase 1, Sunsuria still can sell higher, good trend.

No offense but what is so good about this project? I mean i know there's erl, xiamen university and some malls around, but i think this is too expensive.

Agent say this can get rm 3000 rental, but i really doubt that. Student can stay inside campus single room with a lot of facilities.

Agree with u also. So far this is first condo. (Forget about low cost flat inside kota warisan). Anyway i have 1 house there 2 storey kota warisan. Rental for terrace not that bad. Can get around 1300 to 1800 depend on size.

Not sure about Rental Condo later.. maybe it can follow benchmark as per neighbour Nilai for Starz Valley, Green Beverly Hills and Bayu Residence

I do believe this area will boom for the next 5 to 7 year due to lot of activity from big big player and a lot of booster nearby (Klia Aeropolis, Serenia City, KLIO, Kip Sentral, Tanjung Industrial Park, Hartalega, Cipta Serenia etc.. soon inside Saujana Klia there will be another Hypermarket. Of course need have cash and holding power la 😀

Distance from Olive to Xiamen uni entrance around 1km - can't walk have to drive. Not sure uni students want to cycle under this weather

RM3,000.00 a month rental seems very far fetched. The students could rent a room between 400-500/ month within campus and take that as a benchmark, you could say RM500 x 3 rooms = RM1500 /month rental +-

Any gurus here can enlighten us on how is this a good investment at close to RM500psf? Not only rental cannot cover but appreciation seem difficult given the very high psf pricing. rclxub.gif
