But the correct fact from u is, yeahh the taman tasek semenyih realy make money for their rental especially along TTS5 and TTS7..damn until now i menyesal not buying the house in TTS in back 2008

Anyone put booking on the new phase terrace houses? I am wondering if in this area having no gate in front of the house is any issue? If the whole phase is security gated then is it ok? Hope can get some feedback on this.

Just placed booking 1 unit of Bell Suite (SOHO) right in front of Xiamen main gate campus, it's good long term investment given the SOHO location. All walking distance to ERL, Xiamen Uni, Street Mall beside.
