RM3,000.00 a month rental seems very far fetched. The students could rent a room between 400-500/ month within campus and take that as a benchmark, you could say RM500 x 3 rooms = RM1500 /month rental +-Agent say this can get rm 3000 rental, but i really doubt that. Any gurus here can enlighten us on how is this a good investment at close to RM500psf? Not only rental cannot cover but appreciation seem difficult given the very high psf pricing.
