- Average tuition cost is RM23k/year for undergraduate. The Monthly TravelCard is valid for travel within 31 days of activation (maximum 44 trips). The Weekly TravelCard is valid for travel within 7 days of activation (maximum 14 trips).

818 sqf / avr price rm410k is around 500 per sqf. Consider expensive too. NO much margin for buyer in term of capital gain. For rent income is limited. Need expert advise, pls!
