see urself can travel alot anot lo... if u working in KL... but u stay here... u sure gg.com already to travel to and from during peak hours... for me... I'm flexible... so travelling not much of an issue for me... basic amenities here semua sudah ada except for non halal food... limited for now...

for cheap2 double storey landed below 500k... here still can get lo... but size maybe 20x65 like that only... and pure malay location for now... not sure u ngam or not also... after ecoworld project completed... should be more non halal crowd coming in....

i bought townhouse LBS ALAM PERDANA....progress quite fast.and they said maybe will give keys to owner by Dec 2019.

Latest,not complete yet. For me, it's not bad.. Landscape also very nice too.. 😍

Sorry .. my opinion the landscape is not nice . They shouldn’t put any big tree at back yard because all the leaves 🍁 fall to the gutter may cause maintenance problem. For me they should plant more shrubs

True, but i never see any gutter at the back yard, except in front of the kitchen area. Only have fully covered longkang as a jogging track.
And the 'Rhu' tree leaves is not a big deal.
We pay the maintenance fee.. Let them do the job. Haha..

Expire on 2111, still have 92 year from 2019.
