Got my Ultraman Belial today



Have to say, quality is slightly better than Ultraman the first, mainly because of the dark paint application. Joints are slightly tighter than Ultraman the first, but not by much..

Overall, Belial looks good, but i'd still wish they could make these Ultra-Act series as solid as the S.H.Figuarts..

Niceeee! Im hoping upcoming releases from this Ultra-Act series will become more better than the first release of Ultraman. And hopefully they will re-issue Ultraman with better paint, material, etc..

Ohh..Belial is out...will wait and see it...

could'nt resist belial's evil look. wish his colortimer was'nt purple. just doesnt go well with the rest of his color scheme.

no doubt, it's show accurate tho.

I agree bro,the purple timer a bit off-looking..

Belial is awesome, i just love how his jaw can open and reveal some menacing rows of teeth; reminded me of the Evangelion unit in Berserk mode

The open mouth feature is a great plus, would be better if he had sharp teeth though. Guess they did'nt want to make him too beastly.

Did a preorder thinking Bandai would pass on their experience from the SHF line. All the bad news of loose joints and lousy material makes me worry about the quality . And it's about the same price as a regular SHF.

On another note, there seems to be a 'Caesar Belial' from the upcoming Ultraman Zero series. Can't seem to find any pics of it tho, though its probably Belial gets an upgrade.

I wait Bandai doing Tiga and Nexus!

Then..we have to buy two Belial as for collection...

Kinda weird rewarding Bandai for putting out inferior products. If i didn't preorder it i would have skipped getting it altogether.

Loads of other ways to spend $$

True bro, i wish Bandai would just use their SHFiguarts body for these Ultra-Act line; the articulations are there, just the material they used made it seem lighter than SHF Belial is awesome, and a marked improvement over Ultraman the First, but that may be due to the darker colour scheme and those pair of articulated hands

This Ultra-Act line is probably our best bet to collect all articulated Ultra Beings.. im REALLY hope Bandai will do Ultraman Nexus and Next; these two are pretty rare..

Here's hoping Mebius, Zero and Seven would show more improvements over Ultraman the first..

Its been a while. Just wanna talk about my latest accomplishment. This is my favourite set in the whole wide world. What do you guys think?
This set is from Glico. I'm still missing the set from the 1st series. If you guys have 'em & willing to let go - reasonably of course, PM me.

I didn't bother to replace the head with the un-crested one even when he's holding that weapon of his; he looks cool with those twin sluggers on his head

With Belial and Ultraman:





Overall, quality-wise it has not improve much from the first two Ultra-Act figures; Belial is still the most solid feeling of the three, but not by much. All three figures have week ankle joints, action-posing can be slightly problematic, but i still wish Bandai up the quality to be on par with their SHFiguArts line..

Yup, AmiAmi's price are very good, and even combined with EMS shipping it is just below normal local shop pricing. Plus, they ship fast! only possible problem is local Customs checking, but so far they let my item go because i buy only one of each, consider as personal collection and not as business stuff
