Gym ar....don't know if it suit a lady like you. I would rate the cleanliness as 2 out of 5. Gym have to register wo..The guard will need your unit no. if you wanna go. If we go together, then its different. But I hardly gym nowadays as I normally reach home around 1730. Rest a while then I'll be down swimming by 1800.

I'll be wearing a black speedo cap and a blue googles.

Can any of these 4 Swimming pools can be the best alternative for 3K?
1) Kota Kemuning- Heard there's a club, don't know how much they charge.
2) shah alam - where is this place
3) Sunway Club.
4) Holiday villa.

Can any of these 4 Swimming pools can be the best alternative for 3K?
1) Kota Kemuning- Never heard of; never tried.
2) shah alam - I used to go here; place sucks. Zero maintenance. But I haven't gone here post March 2008.
3) Sunway Club - Never heard of; never tried
4) Holiday villa - Tried once; but requires membership.

Not compulsory. But I normally wear it coz I'm so used to it...Felt naked without it..haha

Kota Kemuning Golf Club I think. I wonder if need to be a member. We really lack of swimmingpool lah.

Actually one swimming pool is more than enough for all of us. Problem is getting there altogether at the same time.

No swimming pool nearby Setapak? Always ask but only got at other areas. Zzz...I have certificate provided by Kota Kinabalu Swimming Center, can teach people hehe...But never learn back stroke...Don't know what's the actual timing to breathe and do kicking on wall...
