No swimming pool nearby Setapak? Always ask but only got at other areas. Zzz...I have certificate provided by Kota Kinabalu Swimming Center, can teach people hehe...But never learn back stroke...Don't know what's the actual timing to breathe and do kicking on wall...

Triathlon? Is it the V- shape for man body outlook?

I have couple of friends living in Prima Setapak Condo. I have few others live in other condo but what I found out is Prima Setapak's suits me the most. Rectangular so that I can swim back and forth as long as I can. Actually not really illegal, but they lend me their access card....smile.gif

Anyone swims in Setapak area I can try to join. Can try to teach as well...^^

Wow is it kind of "Iron Man Competition"? You have to train on the sea...Because the condition in swimming pool is different at all...If the sea condition doesn't rough still okay but how if the waves are strong and sea bugs biting you...You'll feel suffer biggrin.gif

sweat.gif Not because of it's deep then you're easier to swim, it's because of the content of lake water. Lake water have more minerals source, higher salinity and resulting higher density relatively to human body compared to pool water. The theory is the same with seawater, just the factor of salinity is a bit different for each water, seawater consist more sodium but lake from the other way else.... nod.gif

Actually was planning to paste notice everywhere here to teach swimming. I don't have coaching license but I had been taught by coach and have certificate anyway. But my living area don't have swimming pool, the only way I swim is invade into condo and swim sweat.gif

If any of you living nearby Setapak, I can guide you on, but I am not really pro blush.gif smile.gif

I don't know where's Alu's place...I am new in KL, just know Setapak, haha...Smallbug I believe you do know the rhythm for butterfly right? So what I can give you just how the hands gonna move in water to make you move forward faster. The concept almost the same with Breast Stroke, arms should be shaped rounded rather than too straight. Hand movement is "S", this one you should know. And the kicking...Zzz...hard to explain.

I am free after working hours in weekdays, if you want come to Setapak and swim, we can "invade" the condo here. It's safe, I have my friend's ID anyway tongue.gif

Use your body rolls to fetch your arms to crawl the water along. This is the way to swim fast but can last very long time...If you over use your arms power, will be exhausted very damn fast. If you're good on timing, you can inhale more than 3 seconds though per breathing for front crawl style, but speed will reduce...
