PJ Palms swimming pool last time is under Club Syabas (long time ago) ... Long time didn't go there...

hi, i am living in cheras and the nearest pool is near bandar tun razak. i was wondering if anyone knows a swimming coach that can teach me how to swim? i am not looking to be michael phelps but hopefully proficient enough that i can use swimming as an effective cardio exercise.

what would be considered affordable for a swimming coach 1-1?

Pool near KLCC. Erm.. Behind KLCC got fountain, you can swim there if you want. LUL.

On a serious note, INNM Hotel Maya got private pool. You can try your stroke there (with fees of course).

oo... tat is great to have such thread... anyway... i always go chin woo swim... trying to learn butterly and competitve training... cuz having competition after 4month is it possible to catch up? now holiday so i can train everyday... any suggestion for training?
