i need info on darul ehsan aquatics center shah alam near tesco
what is the opening hours on weekday
and are they very strict? not wear cap kena halau one??

Do you wear Rashguard when swimming in the pool? Sunblock too expensive. I tried it at Sunway Pyramid store but feeling uncomfortable in it. What you think?
