Are you kicking with your knees or your sternum?
Keep sinking in what sense?
Like when you come up to breath you'll just go down immediately?
I had this problem too last time but I forgot what my coach told me to do tongue.gif

pull buoy .. yeah yeah...

i kick once, pull arms back, breath up, go down and 2nd kick.. problem is i keep sinking, which i think maybe coz my kick is not strong enough..
*
Your pull, kick and breath must complete at the same time. Then you have to start the next stroke or you will sink or be out of synch.

Haha! That's funny. But you can't kick with your pelvis either, if that's what you're getting at. I suppose you mean to ask if he is kicking with the thigh, or only the lower leg, I think...

Try and think about moving only your knees up and down.. the feet will naturally follow.

hi,

i'm looking for goggles. I wear specs and my eye power is around -5.0.
Can anyone tell me more about goggles? I found Speedo brand is quite expensive. Is there any other brand with an affordable price?

How can I not know?
President cup, SAG, MSSS.

I dunno anything about Bukit Mertajam, but crash course, I think it's possible. If you swim everyday.

My brother wears goggle with power 300 I think. It's Ogival brand, not too expensive. I think I've seen 750+ power before?
