Did you mean previous 5% cash back is not posted in your latest statement? When is your statement cycle?

Er.. Simple. Your cash back is only posted today (28th) while your statement already generated on 25th? That explains.

Last month just coincidentally it was posted on 18th which was within your statement cycle. This month it was posted today on 28th which was already over your cycle. So you will see it in next month's statement.

Look back at your June statement, noticed it was "VOX -5% REBATES FOR ONLINE TRANX (MAY 2016)"? You just got your June cash back today, how to make it there?

The problem is VOX doesn't have fixed date for cash back crediting, so if you are lucky you will see it in your statement for present month's cash back. Like your June statement, it managed to post 18th June's May cash back into your statement.

My case, my statement date is 12th of the month, no way I will be able to see it unless UOB goes crazy and start giving back cash back before 12th. Get the picture?

Yes, next month's statement you will see your June cash back. If you are lucky and July cash back is posted before 27th August, then you will see two VOX cash back i.e. June and July in your August 27th statement.

I supposed you just got your VOX card? Else in June statement, you will be able to see April and May cash back.

Under unbilled transactions. Some still haven't got it. So be patient if you have made transactions in June.

0.3% is based on all your transactions incurred from previous month's statement, not monthly specific.

Yes. That means only transactions worth RM 177.60 from your June spending are eligible for cash back.

Well, it only shows posting date in unbilled transactions and in actual statement, it only has transaction date. So safe to say, it should follow transaction date. However, we do have some cases which others experienced before that swiped at the end of the month and early of the month were not captured correctly and had to raise dispute cases with UOB. So, if possible just try to avoid doing transactions during those days.

What have you spent? Probably wait till tomorrow and still no cash back, you can call to complain as they didn't follow T&C in your case.

For MyTNB portal, nobody has tried before since it's new. Just try RM 50 for us.

UOBPayOnline, old accounts still work. In fact TNB will accept until 16.10.16 if I can remember the date. Will confirm again later.

kawteem also hasn't received it. Some got it late yesterday, can complain if still haven't got after tomorrow.

Cash back is for June transactions only la. It is accurate.
(227.45 + 511.62) x 5% = 36.95

July transactions will only be posted by August 30th.
