Cashback according to calendar month, but looks like the RM6+ monthly fee is by statement cycle. I just received July statement on 18th with charges coz no transaction on VOX card. Can I just swipe once now and request for waiver?

i sms that fella, he immediately call back say keep 6 months if not his commission kena "claw" back ....

question -- if i dont activate my card, keep it for 6 months and send it back, will i be charged the monthly fee of myr 6 ??

Yea I do use that currently and I paid using my Wise. Not sure if it works the same with UOB Vox. So can I play TNB and Unifi together like what I did using my Wise?

PBA cannot pay using CC, either by cash or online banking transfer. Event at their counter also only can pay using cash.

Yeah, still remember my 3 transactions on 23 May which didn't get back CB for my VOX? I made complain and UOB CS call and told me that my 3 transaction were not under online and not entitle for 5% CB. They don't even know how their system work, malas nak argue with her from being trigger unnecessary

Hi Guys, I'm a relatively new VOX user.    

Just wanted to check if anyone can help shed some light on my UOB VOX cashback. I've           attached a screenshot of all transactions since I received the card, but cannot understand how my July cashback 5.54 on 16 Jul is derived. I thought my June online spend would qualify for the max RM50 cashback? Am I missing something?

Has anyone else received cashback on 16 Jul?

The listing I posted is not my unbilled transactions. I can't retrieve my online statements for June and July, as I used to hold UOB Lady's Solitaire, but cancelled and applied for Vox. My first Vox statement in May was combined with UOB Lady's, but since I cancelled the Lady's, there's been an error retrieving statements. Will sort it out with CS when I get back from holiday.

However, I retrieved the screenshot listing using the "transaction enquiry" function, where you can specify the dates. I just requested for 1 May 2016 to 21 July 2016.
