I hope so but remember what I mentioned earlier, the expiry date in the UOB IB has been updated to 11/23
*
It doesn't matter because you will be given 60 days to activate. So your old card still can be used.
Actually not only expiry date will change, VCC also will be changed. smile.gif

Cashback according to calendar month, but looks like the RM6+ monthly fee is by statement cycle. I just received July statement on 18th with charges coz no transaction on VOX card. Can I just swipe once now and request for waiver?
*
Yes, the monthly charges follow statement month based on few forummers' encounter and I had the same issue too. Just call to waive, they are pretty OK. Reason being, the CS I met kept insisting it follows calendar month and I shouldn't be charged. laugh.gif
Anyway, experience tells it is statement month.

You mean every month your TNB usage is more than the deposit or you just pay some $$ to prevent the electricity from being cut?
*
Our outstanding is around 800 now we have been paying RM 300-400 per month. Will try to clear in 2 months, all thanks to TNB measured our usage based on estimation as they always come when we go to work... Our meter is inside of the house. bangwall.gif

No la our house fund also not much, so cannot clear all. We have to pay installment to TNB every month. tongue.gif Luckily my housemates are quite nice, they will pay more to help our fund. laugh.gif

Actually I still have VOX to pay but just that not much house fund, so every month try to clear a bit by a bit.

My sister doesn't have any useful cards. laugh.gif

Yeah, still remember my 3 transactions on 23 May which didn't get back CB for my VOX? I made complain and UOB CS call and told me that my 3 transaction were not under online and not entitle for 5% CB. They don't even know how their system work, malas nak argue with her from being trigger unnecessary sad.gif

Hi Guys, I'm a relatively new VOX user.

Just wanted to check if anyone can help shed some light on my UOB VOX cashback. I've           attached a screenshot of all transactions since I received the card, but cannot understand how my July cashback 5.54 on 16 Jul is derived. I thought my June online spend would qualify for the max RM50 cashback? Am I missing something?

Has anyone else received cashback on 16 Jul?
*
June's 5% cash back is not yet out.
I assumed RM 5.54 is your 0.3% transactions. Calculate your total previous statement's and x 0.3%. That should be the amount.

Wait, this is your unbilled transaction right? 0.3% will only show in your statement.
RM 5.54 could be some promos. hmm.gif Not 5%.

Thanks! You're a genius and lifesaver!  This is 0.3% of May + June transactions.

The listing I posted is not my unbilled transactions. I can't retrieve my online statements for June and July, as I used to hold UOB Lady's Solitaire, but cancelled and applied for Vox. My first Vox statement in May was combined with UOB Lady's, but since I cancelled the Lady's, there's been an error retrieving statements. Will sort it out with CS when I get back from holiday.

However, I retrieved the screenshot listing using the "transaction enquiry" function, where you can specify the dates. I just requested for 1 May 2016 to 21 July 2016.
*
No wonder, yes then it makes sense. Usually 0.3% will only show in statement and not unbilled transactions. smile.gif
Now sit back and relax, wait for your June's 5%. biggrin.gif I'm also waiting for it. rclxms.gif
