The starting date of the FD is the date that that i give them maybank bank draft or they need to wait my bank draft clear?

For those intending to hop on the 4.5% Interest for 12 Months FD at Affin bank, my advice is to do so quickly. According to one of the officers at Affin, they have already achieved more than half of their allocated quota. When I was there at their branch, a lot of people who came in to enquire or to place FD because of the 4.5% promo.

Affin bank branches are usually not crowded. When I went there just now, there werent anybody in the bank but I had to wait for 5 mins before they called my number. If not for the 4.5%, I wouldn't even walk in to that bank. 

Ppl here very humble. Say don't have 200k.. but got 1 mil++
