QUOTE(fat16 @ Aug 3 2016, 09:02 AM) Wait, they're using 900 as HSPA+ instead of trying to be pioneer of LTE band 8? That doesn't seems like good idea. This post has been edited by zher4883: Aug 3 2016, 02:27 PM |

QUOTE(prosibu @ Aug 6 2016, 08:17 PM) U wait n see. There must be reason behind Y um will get 900mhz, perhaps mcmc ask them to build 2g network. LUL building 2G network in 2016. I doubt ROI is even worth to do so.I duno, but this is an ongoing project that um is doing now. 5mhz for 4g 900mhz is actually nth much. Better aim for 700mhz like digi's desperate.. Btw, y u say 2g is dead? Do u know digi maxis celcom still having congestion on their 2g sites? |

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 22 2016, 08:58 AM) lol last time celcom coverage is good but nowadays not really good. I already ported out celcom to other network after been used celcom for many years. Cannot tahan d Of course it's degrading since spectrum reallocation had already started a month ago. U Mobile and Digi are getting bigger share of 900MHz and 1800MHz while Celcom and Maxis are getting smaller share of these two spectrum. Spectrum reallocation are expected to complete in July 2017 |

The area where I lived had very poor 3G speed like 0.2Mbps down and 0.8Mbps up in peak hour and I'd complaint to MCMC. The customer relation officer contacted me and apologize and stated that it was the best quality they could offer LUL
