So, does anyone pre-order the S7E Batman in SG already? It cost around S$1700, not a quite good price coz it's only 32GB. Unlike Iron Man Edition, it's 64GB.

I changed mine too on the 2nd day after realize there are a lot of dents every side of the phone. At first I thought they won't change it for free as I already out of the shop. But luckily they changed it but took days as I sent it on Friday and I got it back on Monday late evening.

I also asked about the water resistance of the phone, they said anytime that I doubt the capability of the phone being under water will leak inside, just bring the phone to any Samsung SC, they will test it for free. So that's a relive laugh.gif

I changed the body, dents left and right sides. They don't change to new one since the imei is the same.
So change to new body is harder since need to take out everything.

Nope just out of the box like that but it's pre-order S7E. Looks like it got exceptional laugh.gif
They said that day, cannot change 1-to-1 as this is pre-ordered, the available devices are for whom that pre-order only. So I need to give them to change the new body.

RedDevils88 is correct. There's no warranty for water damage. The same if you buy a water-resistant camera too.

In short, there's moisture indicator built near every potential water entry point for service center to know if the seal was compromised and masuk air.

To understand more, you can watch this tear down.

Also things like time, heat and chlorine may effect the seals.

hmm....most of the consumer will just say is water proof instead of water-resistance

dem laugh.gif hope those user wont go and dip their phone deep enough

btw...whoever really likes to dip the phone in water...maybe should just go for liquidpel

Yikes phone fell down. Was knock out of my hand at standing height. It flew and landed flat on the ground screen first. Lucky no damage to the screen or dents. sweat.gif I think the way it lands make a big difference.

Hahahaha...

Problem is that although there's a gazillion case reviews all over the web but nobody really touches on the main purpose of cases ie protecting the phone.
