Go to setting>apps>apps setting>advance(draw over other apps) >select walloid>enable or disable

i think this is more like issue on apps that you have installed in your phone. This is a very common android issue which even samsung phones have. You really need to remove all bloatwares and keep the phone processes at minimum.

My wife used to be a samsung s5 user and she faces this kind of battery drain and overheating issue very often. Until she went to samsung phone shop and paid someone to fix it. What they did is update the firmware and charge RM50 for it. I could have done it for her but she is just a typical ignorant user who only knows how to check facebook.

The thing is after her phone got stolen, when looking for replacement she still want to go back for samsung. Because she said she is "familiar with samsung". So after getting this Asus Zenfone for her, there are no more heating issue (for now) and she is happily using it. Cause I used the security apps in the phone to control processes startup.

Did that too, but i cant enable the app, not only walloid, even talking tom also cannot enable permission.. ive reset the phone, problem solved, but now fingerprint not working.. wow good job asus

Really happy ZF3 Laser user here, pair with awesome accessory for night mode plus laser focusing. The battery is quite good since i put the brightness to the max with auto mode on. SOT last for 8h @ 5% of battery life

I have problem with my zenfone 3 ultra. When i use speaker phone, the other person cannot hear my voice, but when i turn the speaker phone is loud and clear. o_o”

I went to asus service center yesterday and they solved the problem for me, thank you all very much.

btw, anyone experience scrolling lag on the Asus default music app? I have 600 songs and the scrolling across the list will freeze the UI and force close. So I end out using other music player from App store. Send the feedback to Asus via the app and they are looking on it but dunno when will get that fixed

man, i sent my asus zs570kl for repairs on 19/11 for a cracked screen and i'm still waiting. lesson learnt, not to buy another asus phone. ever.

Doesn't the center give you an estimated completion date? It looks like they are waiting for replacement display to be in.

They told me that the micbis located at the top of the phone, and i did some testing after that, everything works fine now.

replacement coming in on 18/12 after i paid for the replacement on the 21/11. so damn bloody slow.
