I call that lousy observation. And about the first step's in-game built technical system kononnya being highly accurate, any properly programmed bots can bypass that undetected.
I don't blame of their ineffectiveness, they are after all new in this market and overlook the consequences of bot. I think they need to revise in their business strategy. As for countering bots, I have a few interesting game system ideas which can render bots so ineffective that you would rather play by hand instead without sacrificing the fun and the balance factor. Afterall, the existence of bot is inevitable.

Lag during beta stage, quite normal for online games

Being a staff/GM, instead of accepting criticism/mistake you are being ignorant to them. Such a shame.

Being an open tester..they should be listening to what most player/tester has to say and try to figure out things

Open beta does not only meant for bug testing..it's also a test to the management if they are capable to handling it or not..if they handle things well..their image will improve..if they don't..their image will drop

From such a big promotion on mass media they've done..from what the management team is doing..it looks like their just destroying their image

1)No update log

2)Maintainance about 6-8 hour doing nothing still having lag issue
(is that just turn off their server? for 6-8 hour after that turn on back? 80% i think so haha)

3)send ticket to report botter but didn't take action

4)having many suprise colony war

5)reset server anytime they want

6)P2P still having item mall

7)Services not getting improve is going worst

8)Ban anyone they don't like then come out reason about botter/RMT


with this kind of sux services thats nice even that this game really nice and i love it maybe i going to switch to taiwan server if no then not going to play when commercial launch.. haha

still got many just that i list down this few.. so how do u guy think about this game?

i'm sorry if i say anything that some of you dun like =) just saying the truth haha

first of all, i would like clarify. i wasnt helping anyone here but just to be fair.

1) Maintanance took 6-8 hour by doing nothing?? do u think ur childish talking all this? do you think the only problem they need to solve is the lagging issue? how you know that they wasn't doing anything? hosting an online game is not that easy as ABC. think professional b4 you post.

2) send ticket but didnt take action? even they banned, IAH won't inform you right?

3) suprise colony war - IAH had announced that this is because of IMC developer careless mistake.

4) P2P with Item Mall - this is their company business model, is it anything to do with you? did IAH force you to pay it? you can choose NOT to play, no one will force you. don't expect everygame to launch it F2P with a lot of complain. If no income for publisher, what do u expect them to maintance the game. Sounds funny right? think mature... before posting some ridiculous comment.

5) reset server anytime - if there is problem, of coz they need to solve it asap. then HAVE to reset server. but without maintanance YOU complain, IAH fix the problem, YOU complain again that they like to reset server anytime.

6)services not improve - actually i don't think so, problem that i think is the botters right now..

anyway, this what i can said. i know they are doing everything to make it better else they won't spend so much $$ on this game.

it's kinda pointless to argue about IAH stupidity here..
you can try create a thread at IAH forum just like i did before..at least there "some" effort done by so called GM and Community Manager (Ms. Hrin) after that thread created.

You: "even if I do something, do I need to tell you?"
lol, what kind of answer is this? You are suppose to answer like this "I'm sorry because we are lack of manpower/required to follow the protocol, please bear with us a little longer". Even berhad company must do something to gain confidence from their clients. You are not even giving hope on ironing out the problem at all, instead you tell us it is none of our business.

5) Oh yeah? You didn't backup the game database at least in daily basis eh? Rollback is not an option? The main concern here is why the frequent server reset, not you whining of your customer whining your game. Endure customers complain is one of your job, stop whining about us. You tak suka kerja kau, lu boleh keluar! LOL
6) It is easier to blame on botters than yourself, right? If bots is the problem then do something about it. Seriously, do really something about it.
