I followed the link that you supplied earlier and i see some reply at the end of the post.
I can see that their staff is replying to some of the questions there so i cannot agree with you that they are not listening to their customers.
But i can agree that their management is not up to the standards yet, based on what i can read here and some of the threads there.
Major advertising? No. It's so easy to know that they are new in this business. New company concentrates in acquiring new users(using advertising) while experienced company choose to retain(good CS)

Added on July 21, 2007, 3:22 pmIMO, SMM must have certain relation with IAH. They are business partners after all. I think SMM pay IAH money for the distibution in Msia and so i firmly believe that SMM have certain rights.
As for the what you call a Community Manager Selwyn(check him out at here), i guess he's trying to be nice and explain to the gamers there since most of them hate Hrin now. They probably moved the thread because someone started flaming him. I guess his intentions to answer the questions from the angry gamers failed as well.
