My friends mother was disgusted that the entire kk doesnt has wet market.

Looks like canal city also wont have.

Personally i dun know kk....just knew that it started in 1997. I went to their 1st show house....saw their link house got bath tub....like 1st for link houses.

After that....nothing really interested me anymore. I moved on.

My fren n mum dont live there. Just temporarily take care of his sister family.

Guess kk just like cyber....everything got to be the best. No wet market means no wet market.....there is nothing to be ashamed off....why need to be so defensive?

I would say, the first 2 years you need to manage your expenses very well. However as you progress... Sold off some props with gains, have some savings, advancing in your career and managed to have a better portfolio of investments.... It is something which is realistically workable.

if you bought and sell all or some of your properties prior to 2012, yes.......all possible......bcos u cincai buy also can make money.

but the situation has changed now. if you bought and property vped in 2013/2014 til today........and without the windfall from 2012 to support yr monthly deficit.....lain cerita lah.......even our guru Pai kor also recognised this fact jor.

yes I did buy lishold properties and sold 2 so far.......and I have two more lishold properties in my profile. But I generally like to have more FH properties, especially those over 1mio.
