How is Santuary and Quayside mall doing nowadays? I went to Quayside mall over the weekend seem pretty quiet.

Went WiFi snooping and found the WiFi for Beer Mad is still active and transmitting. Probably can get free WiFi if nearby. 🤣

I think even the shop lots surrounding Sanctuary mall also not doing well.

There was one bread shop I can't remember its name also closed down.

To me the Sanctuary Mall is just a place for luxury food...

According to Tropicana Aman masterplan, the circle in red is labeled as commercial zone. The size will be 2x or more the size of Arahsia.
To build a neighborhood mall that's doable but doubt we need so many malls here unless a new concept street mall with co-living. I would personally prefer a medical centre instead.

Any good food can recommend in BR?
I personally still prefer eateries in KK and Sri Muda with much more choices.

recently open another hawker center in BR, name is Top one, but
my personal favorite is Mixed pork noodle in restaurant rimbayu behid triple 1 (111) , delicious

Ok, I will give it a try when going to BR in my next trip. Dunno both shop belong to same boss or not...seems like they like number '1' alot
Sometime back I went to Tropicana Sinaria eateries and noticed mostly foreigners (bangla/cambodian) operating the stalls end up I go to another place. I preferred the food business operate and cook by the local malaysian with authentic taste
