Limit direction from Rimbayu means also limit some part of BSP folks..

Rimbayu is 10 anniversary now.

Kudos to IJM in term of development, really damn fast.
When I moved in, there wasn’t even single shop. 10 years down the road they have provided a lot of amenities for the residents.

We just need them to improve the connectivity. Fingers crossed.

Miss the empty road time... only with sticker can go in Rimbayu area..

Ya especially the cheeding bridge. Nightmare started from the opening of Cheeding bridge.

Just the traffic from Banting enough to suffocate us to death….

Hmm...I'm surprise to know that the land (label 1) next to Gamuda 257 is also belong to IJM. Same goes with lands for 2 & 3 which is part of BSP. Those are big lakes not sure what they can built over there.

Having direct SKVE is more cost effective which can indirectly link to Elite and also soon to complete WCE.

Flyover at kg. Lombong should be part of the plan to ease the traffic to/from Rimbayu. Maybe the plan still being discussed among the developers as updated by Jeff.

I'm happy that something was done, but it's strange that it took so much time to finally take action. Haha!

SKVE to Elite probably not an good idea as SKVE is per entry charges, unless we want to pay for that small stretch?

Doesnt matter on the toll charge...

if want commercial to groom.. is good to have direct access...

From SKVE to Cyber to MEX would benefit more people.

The supposed discussion has been ongoing very long already. I'm guessing none of them are willing to fork up the money to do it

My guess is this will never come or will only come 20 years down the road if we are relying on developers to do this or even MPKL. Best bet would be if LKSA decide to extend it all the way from KK to connect with SKVE/WCE then build flyovers across all junctions and put a toll in between make it like a LDP kind of expressway

Probably Kota Kemuning Residents will oppose this suggestion.
Of course those who living in Kampung lombong and Bandar Rimbayu are welcome for it.

Will IJM build a road direct connect Uptown with The Amber Residence 257 ?

Both just next to each other only and we may use that route to go Puchong

Probably MPKL will do it
