Ya 25' extra land.... the extra land is bigger then the house land itself.

But 1.2M is not exactly a good deal, I was offered 1.3M for a 6750sqft PeriWinkle by the developer.

Periwinkle got monthly maintenance? Its not strata. Frankly I didnt check cause that wasnt one of my consideration when looking for property unless its liek $750++ which Broadleaf was trying to charge me la...

No... corner Semi D.

The Bungalow is 8k to 10k land.

But the bungalow is the stupiest idea ever... single storey... so you end up with very little irregular land framing the house. Then u have the issue of your neighbor "looking down" on you since they are double storey...

Semi D wise?

Confirm different cause TA's semi D is actual ones where only 1 side of your walls is connected to another house whereas the periwinkle is a cluster semid 2... both the side and back is shared with your neighbour.

Then again the price also diff....

The smaller units still available around 8 units. While the Type A bigger ones still 70+ units available.

Anyway.... I think these days the consumer do their own research....

For me, I jumped into TA because of that particular unit, went to showroom for high tea and end up buying with like 20 minutes consideration.. Cause overall all the environment, facilities, etc for the entire Canal City more or less the same. If you can accept the Canal City... just get something within budget there and most importantly the unit u like.

Just like how I skipped Monterey cause I couldnt get the units I prefer...
