Even for me 20' is a little too narrow for my liking edi but not enough budget so go with it. 22' width would have been ideal. 18' is just way narrow. Dunno whether can park 2 cars side-by-side in the porch or not.

22' can afford to put a small cupboard. 20' surely cannot put that cupboard and if got 2 B-segment cars, they have to be parked pretty close to each other laugh.gif 18' I dunno how also. Maybe 2 Myvi/Iriz can do it

Scarlet owners probably prefer to remain low profile. Lol. And the probability of finding a Scarlet owner in LYN also much lower since there's only 110 units

New township for sure got investors come in to buy. Even in ES also got a few investors i'm sure. Just number of them is lower compared to TA and BR.

What sort of price range are u looking at? There's still plenty of units available especially those phases which are still under construction.

Hmmm...up to 900k..maybe can try some leftover units of Scarlet if there's any..but Scarlet should be VP already.

Wisteria intermediate units and Penduline corner units are 900++k if i'm not mistaken. If you don't mind subsales i think Chimes and Perennia have plenty of options for that kinda price.

Also as MeToo suggested, can take a look at TA's Bayan phase..MIGHT have some type C units which are around 900+k as well.

Wisteria the only one strata titled so far. The rest individual titled. Hence, developer will only help to erect perimeter fencing and guard house after obtaining approval from MDKL after VP. Not sure about earlier phases but for Penduline, developer will provide security for free. After that, RA will manage it

I'm wondering though, where is the high volume of traffic coming from in the morning at the BSP roundabout? From BSP itself? Right now i don't think BR residents contribute to THAT much traffic.

Phase 1 & 2 total up close to 300 units occupied (according to the SA i asked on Sunday) out of 1k units for those 2 phases which is around 30%. But phase 3 VP mid 2016 i think & 4 VP recently like 2 months ago or something and i believe not many owners have moved into those units yet. Total VP units right now is about 1.6k which makes the occupancy rate only at 20% approximately.

Hmm i see. Didn't know so many unsold units. Most purchasers for that phase are own-stayers? Don't think many investors wanna dive into these cluster semi ds at that price.

How's the workmanship at ur friend's place? Other than the manhole/drainage sump issues, anything else?

Get extra 400++ sq ft of built up area when compare penduline and wisteria. Kalau ada budget, want more space, and like strata titled prop, go for it

Haha, this is like confirmed bro that u need to pay straight away once loan approved. Most of the units in Wisteria have completed stage 2C already.

Don't think it's the design of the road from BR to BSP that's causing it. To me, more like toll plaza for ELITE at BSP is nowhere near wide enough (very little lanes) to accommodate high traffic volume from BSP and SKVE.

Don't see why KK can't do it if they had the space. If you read the article, there's a cineplex (TSR Cinemax) way closer to SA town center (a stone's throw away from uitm) than KK is. The Shah Alam MP did say if it's outskirts SA, it's ok.

Anyway, all a moot point. KK doesn't have the space for a cineplex.
