when you go visit, do check out other streets if possible too. There are some streets that are just full of houses trying to be sold so you can imagine the upkeep in those areas.

I wanted to buy Chimes at first too, but after viewing one unit, I can safely say that the surrounding is not for me. No offense to Chimes owners notworthy.gif

18 feet is gona be real small. I just a house vp'ed, 20ft width. That also look just nice. Anything smaller than that it's a sandwich.

who dont know that 18ft is small. if can i prefer 30ft width or more right, but is all depending on budget.Not everyone can afford to buy big wide house.18ft width is still better than those condominium which roughly about 1000sft or less.How also, this is still a landed property.

Don't think like that. Some are not even aware of the actual size if the property being sold without a proper showroom. Once vp only realize it's small. Also if it's 18ft price also has to match with it. Example like some projects with 18ft selling starting from 400k. Not taking account of "brand added value". Just considering house size and material used.

Chimes, Perennia, Periwinkle,Scarlet, Wisteria and all project in "Jalan Flora" feels more "Rimbayu" environment coz the strategic location in the center of Bandar Rimbayu. IJM start to bulit downgrade house begin with Penduline & LIVIA, then Upgrade a bit with SWAN.

Now they selling small size with low price house deeper and deeper of Rimbayu which is Starling and Robin. This is company strategy in order to fulfill current market demand.

Jalan Flora house is 5 y.o and more, tree also grown a lot so you can see more serene and green.

After 5 years Fauna will be better also.

parking side by side for one will be quite gg, the whole taman will have alot of cars just park outside the gate and reluctant to park into the porch... and also inside have to look at the stairs design... if stairs design failed... gg your living room dining room sizes also and somehow u will feel a 1000sqft condo actually more spacious lol

agree with you. small unit will produce more unit per area. the place will be too crowded.
With 18ft porch, people will not sacrifice to park the car. they will park outside gate. there will be car parking left and right roadside.
This is individual title, outside your gate is not yours, its free to all to park hahaha.. think twice before make decision.

yea saw my fren's taman all landed 18ft wide only... most of the cars park at roadside... some dont even realize their car is quite long, just simply park and cause the road become zigzag access lol... and still gt those who have more than 2 cars.... gonna be using creative parking method or just eat up one of the lane... and dont talk about those social problems that comes with it lol

abang adik, considering setia alam also very jam now if back to pre covid condition... but setia alam mostly freehold vs here leasehold if thats what you concern alot... and setia alam already very matured

Talking on amenities, both equally good.

Talking on land status, setia alam is freehold, here is leasehold.

Talking on potential, here got a lot possibility, setia alam is full of house already.

Agreed!!! 18ft Mostly 1 car inside + 1 car outside gate with parking straight method + road side parking. Road really become zigzag access.

Interested on 28 x 65 but scare the whole taman will affected by the above neighbours. Lolx.
