Btw, anyone here fellow penduline own stayer?
Later will it be fencing like chimes and grand entry guard house like chimes also? So nice the guard house.. I just signed the letter for free 1 year security.. Hopefully there will be fencing for us... difrent from elmina, all the houses are a bit elevated from the main road.. so people cannot simply drive into their taman.. only way is through main gate.. |

i saw one guy mentioned himself as contractor in Chimes. quite botak guy. anyone engage him as contractor? how is his price & workmanship?

I could recommend my contractor to you. He has done a very good job for my house. Price wise also very reasonable and he is a man of his word. any other contractor to recommend? I get the quotation from him since Jan, and i only confirm the job after May. Material price increased due to our currency weakening and he is still willing to absorb the cost and charged according to the quotation. Workmanship is pretty good and willing to negotiate and accommodate my picky(something strange, lol) request. He also got a sufficient guys to work very fast.
