hi guys, anyone here still haven't receive clearance from land office? S&P all signed, bank loan all settled but land office taking ages. It's been almost 1 year!

I think is regarding unnecessary jam due to poor road planning. Like the traffic light in jalan kebun. That one is not jam due to high population. But more like the road design not suit. |

  Took some photo while passing by, the progress of starling  I think this is the upcoming Mcdonald, hope they got ample place for drive thru vehicle. I saw a lot drive thru, the business so good until obstruct the traffic |

small family no need big house. slowly can upgrade soon but at same time, can enjoy living here.
