if there is value to in such township, traffic is understandable but who knows later 10 years has better route or transportation nearby? finger crossed haha

Not like normal semi D.

If want a semi-D, just go buy a proper semi D.

Jeff is correct, all depend how developer collaborate with commercial owner.

Maybe Setia Alam offer better deal, then blue yellow box will go there.
