Kuala Langat has large acres of undeveloped land that KL/PJ dont have.
KL/PJ got planners but no land.
So..... who do you think hold the most potential for the future hhehehehe...

Will canal city have a big mall neighborhood mall or new tesco, aeon, giant?
Do we have population mass from Jenjarom and Banting to support a big mall at the Canal city area?
Heard nearby there will be a biggest in Klang to be built at around nearby Bandar Bestari - KSL mall.
The development from Bukit tinggi Klang have been heading south...sooner or later both Klang Bukit Tinggi south , Johan setia and Canal city will come together.

It may draw die hard pokemon fans/people here to visit the beautiful lakes, parks and canal and other commercial locations.

In term of improving property value...... I would say the impact is negligible at the moment.

Eventually, something needs to be done. This is a good first step.
Imagine all south bound traffic from Kota Kemuning, BR, ES, TA and Gamuda 257 jam into this roundabout in the morning.
If the Pulau Carey giant port gets the green light, some other longer term improvement needs to be in place e.g. expand and improve ELITE-SKVE traffic flow and interchange on top of the new flyover.

I believe most of the congestion at the roundabout is from outside BSP e.g. traffic from ELITE trying to flow into SKVE and vice versa.

Luckily instead of relying on SKVE & ELITE , got other choices of highway available to exit Canal City e.g. KESAS, LKSA, WCE that can link up to KESAS, Federal highway, NKVE, , E30 etc
For those heading to KLIA, an alternative route e.g WCE (upon completion) -->route 31--> route 32 -->KLIA will be available if ELITE is too congested

According to plan, the chinese school is going to be built on the empty land just north of the Tenby International school.
It is very near to Tropicana Aman's Bayan subdivision.

Pending approval from MDKL, stage 1 of the school construction will start in mid 2017. construction cost is estimated around RM8 million which will be partially funded by developers. The new school is expected to be ready for intake in year 2019.
