yeah... good starting place. and head to many locations

many start from Blossom Sq-
short ride to Jenjarom area- Chinese temple, Pak Teh
Longer ride to KLIA- do a loop around run way and back
Other can consider Carey Island, Jugra hill, Morib and even as far as Tanjung Sepat!

we heads over via the small fly over- towards kg Cheding.

Brewhouse service was good last time, last 2 time go.... all the waiters seems like lost souls
din even bother to intro HH package.... slow to layan after i sit down.
all look left look right- avoid eye contact to customer

Now a days prefer to to Beer Mad. Prefer Guiness/Tiger. Service not to say top notch, at least i do feel welcome
Food wise, LPPL gua. Beer Mad indeed a little more expensive.

Btw.... seems recent small built up (<2000sqft) can still fetch good market eh. Yes, for own stay make sense, doubt much room for appreciation.

how is it compare to Chimes of Perrenia? should be able to get subsale at 650k or so right?

this is nice- now all new layout talks about flow and connectivity between in door and outdoor.
now in trend is "garden home/pavilion home" which give a bit of semiD feel- but still a link house


I would set up a small coffee lounge inside the house, open the door and enjoy the natural light and air outdoor


PS : TA new launch phase G will be garden home... very nice concept, at 1.2 mil per pop

now the area just got busy and prosper with more phases being VPed- traffic is definitely expected to get worse.
there is simple don't have proper egress being planned or executed.

the traffic light after gamuda is one big bottle next.
after that jam at at KK going into kesas
when enter kesas a long crawl.......

oh shot!
McD dont learn, or they do it purposely

previously causing jam in KK- near round about
now purposely build next to round about... the main one someomore.

Is this lack of town planning of what? am sure there are plenty of land in the township to build a nice building ut they chose the best spot for McD, and the worse for all the road users!

how many people really wanna do camping?

picnic may be la- but wanna book? it should ad-hoc and open to the resident ma. but may be this is to ensure the cleanliness and crowd.

the space should be better used. may be they lazy to do proper deco/landscaping. make an empty flat area and market it as "camp site"

the rule of only halal food...,,, cant comment more.

And they suppose to gradually launch residential with high price gua. they let 2 other taikor take the T20 market while they focus on M40
they will work their way towards T20 next
