I don't see the linkage between wce and elite though. I only see wce linked to nkve but like someone else said earlier, not a direct interchange into nkve

No need to enter WCE la. If u wanna go elite via that way only pay 1 toll which is the SKVE toll. Then of course on elite itself another toll wherever ur destination is

BSP roundabout to CC is ok i feel because it's 2 lanes each way. The problem is exiting elite toll plaza going towards the roundabout. After working hours like around 6.30pm to 7.30pm is horrible. From 7 lanes at the toll become 2 in just 200m stretch. The bottleneck effect can cause jams approaching the toll plaza also. Once u clear the roundabout is pretty much smooth sailing back to CC.

I haven't experimented on the other direction though (CC to elite toll plaza) for morning traffic. But according to tkh_1001 morning traffic no jam at the roundabout from CC direction. So i'm wondering what actually causes BSP residents to complain so much about the roundabout in the mornings. I know that they approach the roundabout from the other direction. Is it high traffic volume at the roundabout itself? Is it too many cars from BSP itself entering elite and skve? Not sure.

Then again, now can say no jam at the roundabout from CC direction in the morning. 10 years time when population in the CC area grows become totally different story already.

WCE is not a way I would use to enter NKVE, it will be at the last part of NKVE, which is Klang then pass through Setia Alam then subang.

I estimate the distance already more than 25km just to reach subang.

I think we may need to team up and pressure the developer if not they sell sell sell end up nobody cares.

SKVE is just below CC and also the kemuning flyover will definitely help, for us to exit Kesas is not that bad.

Distance wise to exit to Kesas is 3-5km, normal for any township to exit to nearest highway.

Just that the roundabout really bottleneck the township.

Now chicken and duck talk, seems like MDKL doesn't really want to talk.

During the meeting, councillor Tan Ah Kow had also raised a question on the progress of the meeting with the Kuala Langat District Council (MDKL) over the proposed flyovers in Kota Kemuning to be build using some funds from the district council.

MBSA is asking MDKL to pay a sum for the flyover’s construction cost from the development charge cash pool paid to them by townships using the soon-to-be built flyover.

The flyover will be built at the first roundabout after exiting the Kesas highway onto Persiaran Anggerik Mokara, a heavily congested route.

Several new townships being built in MDKL’s jurisdiction will be using the same road as an access route, which would mean additional traffic.

According to MBSA’s engineering department director, Cheremi Tarman, their negotiations with MDKL had been futile and they could not reach an agreement.

Tan, in response, said the council should ask the state government to intervene and prepare a paper on the issue to be presented to the Selangor Economic Action Council (MTES).

One of the major issues residents face is the traffic congestion at the Kota Kemuning main entrance from Kesas Highway.

For years, residents have been fighting for the promised flyover from the Kesas exit into Anggerik Malaxis and have finally managed to get the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) to come up with a new traffic dispersal plan.

It is expected to be executed by MBSA and will begin within this year with traffic lights at the first roundabout as well as wider roads to accommodate traffic.

That's because their plot of land already beside/alongside elite. For CC to make a new interchange to elite, have to acquire land. Not as simple as a snap of the finger

it should not pay and your house should unifi ready.

If we'd rather townships not helping each other disperse traffic, then only alternative is to establish law  every new township  has direct link to at least one highway.
