I believe there have been some owners' groups which allow the last 2 digits of the unit nos to be redacted when you show the front page of the SPA. As for the names, they only show the front name and redact the rest.

You can go this route if you want.

Just for curiosity, this list does not include several items as the most expensive part of renovation is the kitchen, toilet and flooring. I've added all those extra just to roughly get the cost of real renovation for the unit.
1) whole unit wooden floor + toilet tiles flooring (dont know what material but looks like those fancy hotel toilet tiles):
2) Johnson Suisse toilet set (Googling bowl and basin): RM1000 - 2K
3) Kitchen sink:
3) induction stove :
4) kitchen counter (using granite/ maybe just layering?) :
5) Wallpaper/painting/all wall types of expenses:
6) window/living room balcony door (little sound and dust proof?):

Thats all I can think of currently. Any Sifu here can guesstimate a rough price to perhaps justify the price psf?

Today went for my agency project briefing, the progress seems good for a project that completing year 2023 and kinda impress with Kerjaya Prospek maincon project history with all the top developers and his workmanship track record. and Sky bridge, Sky fine dining and fully furnished package sounds interesting too.
