At the end of the day, it's the survival of the fittest. Malls which are solid, over time, will still be solid. Likewise, malls which are solid from the start, don't need to worry. Those that are lousy, will naturally die off and likely be closed down/redeveloped. But yeah, hopefully this mall takes off. There's a reputable hotel that will surely open and definitely be there for the next 5~10 years, so won't go too wrong. IAmYourFather and BoonieTan liked this post
