I don't think that's possible, and I won't be surprised if KP won't be doing any flyovers, underpass, etc. direct to its mall. Just treat it in the same vein as Pearl Shopping Gallery.

Really pity those Tiara Mutiara residents. Based on this Bloomsvale render, it looks like those north-east facing units will be looking at the latter's carpark or the facilities floor (for the high floor units).

I believe that some hotel + serviced residence also do this. Trion is one of them, if I'm not mistaken. This is done so that the hotel will be responsible for their facilities and the same goes for the serviced residence.

IMO, a rooftop facilities is nice for hotel guests to enjoy, but viewing KLCC at that distance won't be that spectacular. hmm.gif

Is there anything nice to view in KL South (a.k.a. Seputeh)? Don't recall anything eye-catching there outside of houses, shophouses, high-rise condos/serviced residences and the odd handful of medium high-rise commercial buildings.

Bukit Gasing Forest Reserve and Bangsar South will be worth viewing, tho.

I believe there have been some owners' groups which allow the last 2 digits of the unit nos to be redacted when you show the front page of the SPA. As for the names, they only show the front name and redact the rest.

You can go this route if you want.
