most probably price like trion... lol... that high level of building will require excessive cost to build...

last tuesday i went , they giving 90% furnishing for early bird
unfortunately , they increase price on the day evening too.
per square foot i think is RM750plus not cheap

yes 750psf nett if nt mistaken, much more higher than surrounding projects, kinda pricey imo probably due to the fancy facilities provided

Agree that the price might be slightly higher in that area. Atm developer is bundling interior design, fully furnished and SMART Home System in the total package. The furniture and appliances given are all branded hencewhy the price tag.

But kerjaya prospeks used to deliver high-end product. Previous project quite nice residency v , the shore, vista residence. If the 750psf apply to lowest size unit then not bad lo. If 750psf is only applicable to bigger size unit then a bit expensive ... But still cheaper than millerz square la..

i booked a unit last weekend, which is the first weekend they started selling. 3k booking fees, almost fully furnished (including water kettle, 3 queen size mattress, curtain, etc.) To me, this project is more like a hotel residence style with concierge. the unit that i chose is about 720 nett psf, build up 876 sqf.

It has got darn lotsa layout, with both tandem and side by side parking. Too many until SA there also got confused. Some of the tandem parking got locker box for your bicycle and bike.

actually they give fully furnish with this pricing should be ok....
is it the same as the showroom given>?

Need DP, got to pay 3% upon signing SPA. First rebate is 7%, reach stage 2A they cash back to you 2%. So nett off paying 1%. Furnishing as confirmed by the SA is same as showroom la. But 4 years down the road, who knows? i believe the basic things like timber flooring and the bathroom marble shouldn't be any problem. The models of the electrical appliances will change, not the brand. I haven't signed SPA though, still tidying up documents for loan submission. This is my second property already, can still get 90% hopefully. *fingers crossed*

ya got to fork out some money to pay the 3% first, 3% of SPA price. maintenance fee is 0.38 including sinking fund. i'm buying for own stay. if 4 years later i decide not to stay there, i will rent it out since it's fully furnish.

Dunno wo. But as I see previous project quite nice. Electrical appliances also give branded one. U can search residency v . And this company is a cash rich company too.. so no need to scare project abandon...
