yes 750psf nett if nt mistaken, much more higher than surrounding projects, kinda pricey imo probably due to the fancy facilities provided

wow what a big minus point for own stay buyer here, buy ticket to use facilities in your own condo compound, quite a similar situation in expression suites by exsim where the outsiders/airbnb guest have to pay for klcc view infinity pool but luckily its free for residents.

fully furnished even kitchen utensils provided, hence the high price compared to surrounding, imo it would be good if they provide bare finish unit to choose
