QUOTE(tonytyk @ May 27 2016, 10:32 PM) yupe.. people are complaining about this mall which is dying, yet they still charge expensive parking History repeating itself... following the footsteps of Phoenix Plaza. Sad but true... It's inevitable. Tenants closing down one after another. Nothing attractive here, I only come here bcz of Mr DIY, Caring Pharmacy, Starbucks and Uniqlo. I won't even venture to the upper floors, which seem so "dead". On a side note, Viva has increased the parking rate recently.. QUOTE(MonGJiHyo @ May 27 2016, 10:01 PM) how's the occupancy rate now? a lot of shops already closed down, right? The first time I went to 1Shamelin, the occupancy rate has already very low. Now only small shop like vape, vietnam pedicure or name card shop open. The latest business "mushroom-ing" in area here is the "monkey king" business... |

This mall for sure will charge high carpark fees. Mainly due to MRT 1 phase 2 completion on mid of 2017.
