if I'm not mistaken, you don't top up ps plus directly with those card, you use those card to top up your e wallet, then use the e wallet to buy games/top up ps plus etc. So you are eligible to whatever promotion just like those who use credit card.

Nope for ps plus card is directly into ps plus.. Not through ps store e credit... Thats what happened when i bought it last month.. But of course you just buy the store credit at 7e and use it to buy ps+ subscription

Damn the Asia PS+ is getting all the additional good titles recently compared to the US PS+ - GOW, then Until Dawn

Spelunky was offered before in Asia PS+ I think in Oct 2014.
0 PS3 games for Feb.

who cares about ps3 games lol when u got until dawn and little big planet 3.

The normal offering should cover :
2 PS4 games.
2 PS3 games.
2 PSVita games.

However, when there are cross buys titles some amount of mix & match applies which is still acceptable.

For this month, the offerings over the platforms are totally screwed.

As commented by another, if your top up card give you code to directly top up your ps+ accountsubscription, then definitely you won't get the promo material.
If your code is for top up e-wallet, then yes you will get whatever promotion when you use your e-wallet credit to buy promotion items from ps store.
