If I bought a Samsung phone that had been sold and fulfilled by Lazada and marketed all over as '3GB RAM', what action can I take when I found out that the phone only has 2GB of RAM after it has arrived?

RM699 on GemFive without free anything. Supposedly there's a 20% discount code right now for GemFive? Then it'd be RM559. For Lazada I'll be using my Maybank credit card.
