I got same problem. I bought a motherboard but the seller send wrong motherboard size rclxub.gif mad.gif doh.gif it was clearly stated MATX but they send ATX instead. And the most funny thing n I feel pissed off the receipt shown wrong model also! damn! ranting.gif I did contact lazada for replacement. Hopefully I can get soon

*should I contact the seller to inform them? or just let lazada handle it?

really? But I did contact Lazada 1st. They said better go through with them. I haven't called the seller yet. Or should I just inform them but let lazada handle it?

I once order different model when arrive then realize not the correct 1.. 1 character different model. Since the store nearby directly change with them, pay the different only..

So it's depend, if can go directly I think the deal urself.. But if through pos better go through lazada.
