Try to reboot? I sometimes after a week will get slower speed. My lowest speed will be 9.45mbps - 9.50 mbps...

I called MFiber direct line it say is normal... mean while still waiting for proper speed.

Mine is even worse. The CS says the speed is the best effort speed.
